This way of connecting is an alternative. Since you normally don't need any steps to connect your live to Tiktok
Download the extension and install it in your browser as long as it allows it. Click to go to the extension page
Click on get and it will be installed in the browser automatically.
Once you have the extension installed, open the extensions panel, search for the extension and click on it.
It will open a panel like the one in the image, just click on the copy button and you will have the token copied.
You start the live transmission with the username of the streamer with which it appears in Tiktok, in this case we use as an example my account feliudev.
Once you finish step 5, go to the plugins/StreamEvents folder and open the config.yml file, normally this appears and before you didn't need to do anything else, but now we must replace this text with the token generated in step 4:
Done, you place the copied token in the configuration.
Save the changes to the config.yml file and go to your in-game server, reload the plugin data and you are done. You should now have the token registered for your Tiktok live.
Now, you start the Tiktok live broadcast again.
If all goes well, you will see that the plugin has successfully connected to your live.
We use a third party Tiktok api to be able to access the lives, this api is subject to very low limits that sometimes unconsciously streamers exceed it, so it doesn't allow you to connect until after a certain time and waiting this time is not ideal for the streamer since he should be able to use the plugin whenever he wants.
That's why we created an extension for Google, which allows you to generate a tiktok token. This is more than enough to be able to connect to your live even if the api we use doesn't work this token will.
This is up to you, if you have connection problems due to the third party api we use to connect your Tiktok live then it will be. Because as I explained before, the api provides low request limits so if you exceed these limits it will leave you without access to access your lives through the plugin.
