This section only covers Chat and Twitch Channel Points, for other events such as Subscriptions, Followers, Bits, Raids or Host please check .

Step 1

You start the livestream with the username of the streamer with which it appears on twitch, in this case we use as an example the streamer .

Step 2

Once you finish step 1, go to the plugins/StreamEvents folder and open the config.yml file, you will see that you will need a twitch token for the plugin to connect to your twitch channel.

Step 3

Step 4

Once you click the button in step 3, you will be redirected to the Twitch page for Twitch to allow access of your chat and channel points to the page and to generate your token for use in the StreamEvents plugin. click the button that says "Authorize".

Step 5

Once you have done so, you will be redirected to our website and you will have the token generated.

Step 6

Go to the config.yml file you had previously opened and paste the token generated by the website.

Step 7

Save the changes to the file and go to your in-game server, reload the plugin data and you are done. You should now have the token registered.

Step 8

Again you start the live stream with the twitch streamer's name correctly and you're done.

Step 9

If everything went well, you will see this message in console

You will also see the connection message in your Twitch chat.

Congratulations, the plugin can now get events from your chat and redeem points from your Twitch channel.

You go to our which will generate the Twitch token for you so that the plugin has access only to your chat and your channel points. For this you click on the only button that appears on the page, "Generate Token".
